Alright team, Alfie here checking in! XAU/USD has seen a bit of a tumble recently, currently sitting at 2899.13 after a 0.71% drop today. We've been in a bearish trend, and today's range from 2867.82 to 2930.44 shows the bears have been in control. But you know me, I don't trade bias, I trade what the charts show, and I'm seeing potential for a nice bounce here. While the immediate trend is down, a strong support level around 2867.82 (today's low) and 2850 is looking pretty solid. With inflation still a talking point globally, Gold's long-term appeal as a safe haven isn't going anywhere.
